Enterprise Customer/Client Success Managers (ECSMs) at Array act as trusted advisors and strategic partners for our largest and most impactful accounts. Managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, ECSMs drive long-term growth, retention, and success by building deep relationships, delivering tailored solutions and creating measurable impact. These ECSMs work collaboratively with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver innovative offerings that align with client needs, helping them accelerate growth and achieve success in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
