WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Growth Analytics Manager to join our Growth team. This is a critical, high-impact role where you will be the owner of our growth data, budget, and financial planning, across our 4 core markets.. You will transform raw data into actionable strategies, working hand to hand with the Head of Growth and founders to accelerate business performance. If you are passionate about blending complex data analysis with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Serve as the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations that directly influence budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy. - Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire user journey (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). - Conduct complex, rigorous analyses (e.g., cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, lifetime value (LTV) forecasting) to identify opportunities for growth optimization and understand
