Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors Mechanical Engineer Reporting to the Engineering & Capital Manager, the Mechanical Engineer provides technical support to assigned Value Streams, supports manufacturing equipment and processes, identifies and executes process improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and leads capital projects of moderate scope and complexity. What You'll Be Doing Technical Support & Process Improvement Provide daily technical support for manufacturing equipment and processes within assigned Value Streams. Investigate manufacturing issues and recommend corrective actions. Drive resolution of issues impacting: Safety Quality Cost Productivity Apply Precision Maintenance principles to improve equipment reliability and performance. Identify and execute process improvement and cost reduction opportunities. Capital Projects & Project Management Design, manage, and execute capital projects from concept through implementation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying scope, complexity, budgets, and timelines. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
