Job Description: ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary development squad, ensuring successful delivery of business-critical applications while driving engineering excellence, process improvements, and collaboration across teams. You will act as the key interface between technical teams, product stakeholders, and management, combining technical leadership with delivery ownership. THE WORK: Lead the delivery of applications and initiatives across the squad, from planning through deployment and production support. Coordinate development activities and manage dependencies across multiple applications and workstreams. Drive technical and organizational improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, QA Leads, and business stakeholders to align priorities and objectives. Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency with management and stakeholders. Support technical decision-making and contribute to architectural discussions.
