ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business process evolution, system modernization, and IT transformation projects in a complex financial ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape future processes, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of new solutions. THE WORK: Analyze and document current business processes and system functionalities ("As-Is"). Design and document future processes and target operating models ("To-Be"). Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for new IT developments and system enhancements. Produce and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, business cases, user stories, process models, and test cases. Support migration and integration projects involving financial applications and business processes. Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage change requests and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
