Production Operator (Spray Dry) - 3rd shift - Erlanger, KY Production Operator (Spray Dry) - Erlanger, KY Job Responsibilities: - Ensure that all ingredients are present and in the correct quantities - Previous spray dry experience is preferred - Ability to make in-process adjustments based on analytical data (Temp., moisture, flow, etc..) - Must be able to compound liquid batches needed to spray dry - Responsible for ancillary equipment within a manufacturing environment (sieves, batching systems, etc.) - Set up and break down the equipment and make necessary adjustments - Use SAP, CMS, and MWS transactions needed for blending - Accurately document all work to ensure lot traceability, HACCP checks, etc. - Work in compliance with all GMP, OSHA, food safety and internal safety guidelines Required Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures - Exhibit regular and timely attendance - Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed - Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed - Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude - Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly - Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc. - Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement Physical Requirements: - Ability to safely and successful perform the essential job functions consistent with
