Process Automation Manager - Decatur, IL Process Automation Manager - Decatur, IL This is a full time, exempt position Description: ADM Operations is seeking an experienced Process Automation Manager supporting process manufacturing assets in our Decatur, IL complex. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position and may be provided based on eligibility. The team you will be leading consists of highly motivated and passionate engineers, geared towards leveraging automation and process controls to support and improve manufacturing. We are implementing modernization and industrial transformation of our facilities and need your experience and knowledge to lead the team forward. ADM assets transform natural products into a complete portfolio of ingredients and flavors for foods and beverages, supplements, nutrition for pets and livestock and more. The Process Automation Manager will coordinate their team's efforts with Operations and other Technology Centers to support operations and execute strategic projects. We are seeking a candidate that has a strong understanding of Industrial Automation systems, and interdependencies with other disciplines. You should have strong understanding of project execution methodologies.
