Maintenance Technician - Dawson, GA Maintenance Technician - Dawson, GA This is a full-time, hourly position with Growth Potential! *This role will start between $24.00 and $30.00 hourly and is not entry level. *This position will work nights only - with a 2/2/3 rotation 8pm to 8am starting after May 5th, 2026 and there will not be an on-call rotation after this time. Until May 5th this position will be required to work 7am-4pm with a substantial amount of overtime during the plant closure. The ideal candidate will need to have open availability. The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance support, which includes preventative maintenance work and routine maintenance on production equipment. Job Description - Respond to requests to address and diagnose operation mechanical problems where equipment is not operating correctly - Disassemble, repair, replace, rebuild, and install mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications - Perform regular inspections of production equipment and performing preventive maintenance duties - Collaborate with management and other colleagues in decisions concerning maintenance problems regarding equipment - Fabricate parts for use in maintenance and/or electrical tasks - Weld parts for use in maintenance and/or electrical tasks - Perform semi-skilled to unskilled labor duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment - Provide on-call coverage - Responsible for ensuring work area is kept clean - Order and inventory parts, equipment and/or tools as assigned by lead - Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management Minimum Requirements - Promotes the
