In addition to daily support, the candidate will work on enhancing processes or implementing new ones to streamline and reduce support work around trades over time. The individual will work across the organization. The candidate should be able to run multiple projects in parallel, understand stakeholder needs and effectively prioritize projects and tasks while ensuring that we achieve our long-term strategic goals.
