As a Production Supervisor, You Will : Responsible for supervising and coordinating manufacturing operations to ensure employee safety, product quality, and production targets are achieved. This role fosters a positive, data ‑ driven culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to support long ‑ term capability and growth. Provides hands-on technical support including participation in manufacturing activities and troubleshooting related equipment. Communicate and coordinate operational activities with cross ‑ functional departments to ensure alignment and execution of production plans.
