JOB SUMMARY In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders across Operations. You will help leaders navigate the complexities of scaling teams in a fast-paced robotics environment while building strong people practices that drive engagement, accountability, operational effectiveness, and performance.
