Creative Strategy Lead (Herzliya) Herzliya Overview AppsFlyer is looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to join our Brand team. In this role, you will transform market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive research into sharp creative direction, empowering our creative team and marketing stakeholders to launch campaigns that truly hit the mark. About the Role As a Creative Strategy Lead at AppsFlyer, you will be the connective tissue between data, strategy, and creative execution. You will lead deep research efforts, spanning market dynamics, brand values, competitor positioning, target audiences, and product differentiators and merge these into sharp, actionable insights that guide the creative team's briefs. Beyond insight generation, you will coach and guide marketing stakeholders across the organization on how to write effective creative briefs: helping them clarify their needs, articulate pain points, and define the message they truly want to land. You will act as a strategic partner throughout the campaign development process, ensuring every creative decision is rooted in real audience understanding. This role sits within the Brand team, working in close harmony with the Creative team and Comms team, forming a 360° unit committed to message consistency and creative excellence.
