Can you bridge the gap between technical possibilities and legal business value? The Business Engineering team within Legal Operations is building AI-powered products for a global legal organization. The AI Product Owner role is central to this mission - bringing legal domain expertise, understanding user needs firsthand, defining what we build, and driving adoption across practice groups. The Senior Product Owner defines and drives overarching product strategy for Legal Operations, combining legal domain expertise with product ownership and hands-on business analysis. You will leverage your understanding of legal workflows to conduct user research, document requirements, own the product backlog, and work closely with AI/ML Engineers and AI Product Developers to deliver solutions that attorneys trust and adopt. This role requires legal operations fluency, deep empathy for users, analytical rigor, and sharp prioritization skills.
