About this role
Quality Engineer - Heath Software San Diego, United States of America The Health Software team is looking for a Quality Automation Engineer to help ensure quality, reliability, performance of our micro services that empower users to manage and learn about their health. You will be part of the team that supports Clinical Health Records and contributes to many future Apple Health features. As a member of the team, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and validation systems for complex health software used by millions of Apple customers. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and clinical teams to integrate quality into every stage of the development lifecycle. Design and develop automation, tools, and applications including command-line interfaces, CI systems, and web applications. Integrate apps and services together to help facilitate engineering, testing, and reporting for the Software and Quality Engineering teams. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure backend services meet performance criteria Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle Document test strategies, test plans, and test results Participate in code reviews to ensure test coverage and quality Identify, document, and track bugs to closure Drive release management process Track delivery schedule and related dependencies. Design and develop system test architecture. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with test automaton development including creation and management of test frameworks from scratch.
