Platform Foundations Manager Cupertino, United States of America The Platform Foundations team at Apple, part of the Intelligent System Experience (ISE) organization, is responsible for architecting and developing the core frameworks that power both user interface development and fundamental system capabilities. The team builds foundational technologies that serve as building blocks for application experiences, as well as critical system frameworks that enable essential functionality such as application lifecycle management, process orchestration, and extensibility. We are seeking a manager who brings strong technical curiosity and a demonstrated ability to quickly ramp in new areas, building depth across a broad set of technologies. This leader will inspire and motivate engineers, foster a culture of ownership and innovation, and keep the end-user experience at the center of all decisions and execution. As an Engineering Manager on the Platform Foundations team, you will collaborate with leaders across multiple engineering organizations at Apple, spanning UI layers to low-level OS infrastructure. You will build strong cross-functional partnerships while advocating for your team's technical direction, priorities, and contributions. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and resource allocation, ensuring your team consistently delivers high-quality solutions that delight customers around the world.
