The Support Engineering GenAI Solutions team at Apple is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solution Architect. We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Generative AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for architecting scalable GenAI applications (using LLMs, RAG, and Agents), selecting the right infrastructure, ensuring data security, and guiding engineering teams from proof-of-concept to production.If you are highly motivated and passionate about solving complex problems, fostering innovation, and developing critical cross-functional products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you. Our team is responsible for building and managing GenAI based conversational AI systems for multiple business groups within Apple.
