We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. The Office Furniture Services (OFS) team is a specialized group that supports workspace planning and transformation through exceptional design, installation, and service of Apple's modular furniture systems. As a Facilities Furniture Coordinator, you will support and implement furniture design solutions across Apple facilities, ensuring space efficiency, functionality, and visual harmony. You will coordinate and manage furniture installation requests from start to finish. You will focus on the smooth execution of furniture installations by reviewing and processing furniture requests, obtaining approvals, coordinating parts allocation and ordering, scheduling installations, and ensuring all work is completed and properly closed out. Prepare work packets and warehouse pull sheets. Collaborate with internal and external vendors to support timely and accurate project execution.
