Engineering Program Manager (Front End Engineering), Retail & Marcom Engineering Sunnyvale, United States of America The IS&T Retail Engineering organization is seeking a highly organized, technical, and motivated Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead and support our Front End Engineering teams. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of exceptional user interfaces and web applications. You will partner closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to ensure our front end initiatives are executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards. If you are passionate about user experience and excel at bringing order to complex technical projects, we would love to hear from you. As the EPM for Front End Engineering, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of our front end deliverables. This includes defining project scope, creating detailed schedules, managing resources, and tracking milestones. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, ensuring the engineering team has clear priorities and is unblocked from any dependencies. A significant part of your role will involve cross-functional collaboration. You will work hand-in-hand with the Design team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX concepts and with Backend Engineering to align API integrations and data dependencies. You will also be responsible for communicating project status, risks, and scope changes to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
