Delivery Lead Consultant - Health Solutions Calgary, Canada; Toronto, Canada Delivery Lead Consultant - Health Solutions Aon is looking for a Delivery Lead Consultant in our Calgary or Toronto locations. This full-time role requires the successful applicant to work 3 days per week. Aon is in the business of better decisions. What the day will look like Delivery Lead Consultants are the day-to-day contact for our clients. They support with general benefits/rewards questions and coordinating with other business units as required to produce client deliverables. They partner with a Relationship Lead Consultant who is responsible for, among other things, expanding client relationships and managing internal financial reporting. Responsible for delivering the work (renewals, experience studies, specialty projects, etc.) outlined in engagement letters and other initiatives as agreed to throughout the course of a client relationship Project managing the delivery of work according to the scope of services and client expectations Identifying opportunities for additional revenue/services Understanding the work performed by Health Solutions Leveraging specialty resources (actuarial, pharma, wellbeing, etc.) as required Coordinating and scheduling all client meetings related to deliverables Supporting with annual planning meetings Developing partnerships with our Relationship Lead Consultants Expanding relationships with our other business lines (Wealth, Talent, and Risk) Coordinating onboarding of clients
