About the role As a Product Manager for API Growth, you'll drive growth for the Claude Platform (platform.claude.com) - the surface where developers and businesses build directly on Claude. Your efforts will span the entire funnel, driving growth of key API metrics across acquisition, activation, and monetization. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth while maintaining our commitment to safety and beneficial AI. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a product strategy focused on driving Claude Platform growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, monetization - Lead the ideation, development, and launch of growth features across our API product - onboarding, console, docs, billing, and self-serve upgrade paths - Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance - Collaborate with engineering, design, developer relations, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact growth initiatives - Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for API growth - Balance rapid iteration with our commitment to AI safety
