The Creative Studio is Anthropic's in-house creative team responsible for the brand expression across Anthropic and Claude. We care about craft, making things by hand and using AI when it makes sense. The team is growing, and we're looking for people who do excellent work to join us. The stakes are real, and there's room to shape what all this becomes. About the role We're looking for an Art Director to help build the creative vision for how Anthropic shows up with enterprise audiences. You'll be a hands-on creative partner working closely with our enterprise marketing team, concepting campaigns and shaping how the work shows up in the world. We need someone who's built ideas from a brief, sold them in a room, and seen them through to production. You should be as comfortable sketching a concept on a whiteboard as you are directing a photographer on set or briefing an agency partner. Some campaigns you'll build and ship entirely in-house; others you'll run through external agencies, acting as the creative through-line between our team and theirs.
