This role ensures alignment between planned budgets and actual expenditures, supports timely decision‑making, and gives project teams real‑time visibility into financial performance. Working closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, finance, and contractors, the Specialist tracks costs, forecasts spend, mitigates cost risks, and communicates financial insights that help keep multi‑million‑dollar projects on schedule and within budge
