Proactive and meaningful stakeholder engagement, which includes employees, communication and effective change management are key success factors in the GSS journey. Job Description: To deliver a high standard of Travel, Expense and Mobile support to VIP and general travellers by providing responsive, professional and customer-focused service, ensuring traveller needs are met efficiently, safely and in line with company processes and standards KEY TASKS The primary accountability will incorporate: Ensure Travel, Expense and Mobile ecosystems, procedures and processes are consistently applied in the delivery of services to clients and internal stakeholders. Provide high-quality support to VIP and general travellers, as well as travel bookers, ensuring queries and travel-related requirements are handled accurately, professionally and in a timely manner. Ensure all relevant safety protocols, travel requirements and destination risk information are clearly communicated to VIP travellers and/or travel bookers. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with VIP travellers and ensure traveller profiles are accurate, complete and kept up to date. Monitor vendor performance against agreed
