What You'll Do - Develop new highly automated manufacturing and pilot lines from concept to production for new and existing products. - Drive development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of concept through to full scale production that enable improved battery performance and/or cost - Plan and Execute DoEs to characterize boundary conditions and optimize process for manufacturability and quality - Own design/manufacturing liaison relationship to optimize product from an automation standpoint prior to release. - Drive equipment and process optimization to increase yield, throughput, and availability while reducing cost and lead-time - Manage installation, qualification, and ramp of development lines - Generate machine specifications, standards, and documentation What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience developing and launching a
