This role is central to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem, which underpins collaboration and productivity for more than 20,000 users worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Collaboration, the successful candidate will bring deep expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads and Entra/Azure environment, both for a commercial and GCCH tenant. They will serve as a trusted technical authority, shaping platform strategy, driving adoption of emerging capabilities such as Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot, and ensuring the platform meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational excellence. This position demands a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Platform Architecture & Governance Lead the overall M365 platform architecture, establishing and evolving the operational governance model to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
