Senior Finance Manager Work Location (Country) United Kingdom | Remote/Onsite Onsite Role Summary: The Senior Finance Manager supports the Director, Finance - North Europe in delivering strong financial governance, performance management and operational finance leadership across the Regional Corporate entities in the UK & Nordics. Acting as a key deputy to the Director in the UK & Nordics, the role provides hands-on leadership to country finance teams, ensures compliance with internal and external requirements and effective business partnering with multiple business units. Essential Job Functions: Support and oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the Regional Corporate legal entities in the UK & Nordics. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Supervise the activities of the accounting staff across AR, AP, GL. Maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies to ensure the proper, complete, and accurate record-keeping within the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (US and UK). Support the delivery and review of timely monthly financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements, payments, recharges to AMETEK affiliates, cash-flow management, and revenue recognition reporting for submission to AMETEK stakeholders. Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit activities, including preparation or review of schedules and responses to audit queries.
