Program Manager Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite Position Summary: Oversees, directs, and coordinates, in line with AMETEK PMI and NPI frameworks, all activities necessary to successfully execute all approved, assigned programs/projects. Ensures that projects are proactively managed via firm EVMS metrics and regular team/project cadence to include regular report outs. Ensures programs/projects are executed within the prescribed customer commitment timeframe and in line with all specific contractual requirements (e.g. SPEC/SOW) and approved funding parameters. Supervisory Responsibilties: Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of assigned Programs/Projects within AMETEK Rotron, to include projects at Rotron's Reynosa, Mexico facility. Responsible for providing personnel evaluation input to the Engineering Managers for all Engineering project team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies & procedures and applicable laws. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for total cost, performance and schedule execution for NPI programs/projects Responsible for EVMS performance for all assigned programs/projects inclusive of maintaining forecasted margins, schedule adherence, technical compliance and overall customer satisfaction. Control all aspects of NPI project gate entry and exit criteria for gate reviews as defined in AMETEK Rotron policies.
