Human Resources Generalist Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite SUMMARY The Human Resources Generalist will partner with the Manager of Human Resources to manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role will partner with leadership to support a culture of engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, issues, and concerns. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, coaching managers on performance improvement plans, goal setting, and employee development. Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Coordinate leadership development initiatives and succession planning. Compensation & Benefits: Support compensation programs, including salary reviews, and benefits enrollment.
