About this role
Director, Quality & EHS Work Location (Country) Germany | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Director of Quality & EHS defines and continuously improves the company-wide Quality and EHS strategy, owns the integrated management system (Quality, Environment, Energy, and EHS), and ensures compliance with corporate objectives, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Reporting to the Vice President Operations, the role drives a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement and serves as a key advisor representing the company toward customers, authorities, and other external stakeholders on quality- and risk-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Define and continuously improve company-wide Quality & EHS strategy, policies, standards, and governance Set long-term Quality & EHS objectives aligned with business strategy and ensure systematic tracking and achievement Own and develop the integrated management system; ensure compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements Deploy Quality & EHS requirements across all affiliated sites and ensure consistent implementation Ensure ongoing compliance with customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal governance Drive performance through KPI-based monitoring and continuous improvement (e.g., COPQ, PPM, field claims), including management reviews Plan, conduct, and oversee internal, customer, and certification/surveillance audits Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions via robust root-cause analysis Lead and support major customer complaints and claims; repres
