Director of Information Technology & Infrastructure Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Director of Information Technology is accountable for the stability, security, and scalability of Telular's infrastructure and technology services. This role leads infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, serving as the senior technology partner to Engineering and the business. The Director governs enterprise systems, including ERP and billing platforms, and leads a team of hands‑on professionals by setting direction, standards, and priorities while remaining accountable for outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Oversee WAN/LAN, cloud, and data center environments, ensuring availability, performance, resilience, and scalability. Direct major infrastructure initiatives, including data center exits, system migrations, upgrades, and legacy decommissioning, with documented plans, risk management, and business sign‑off. Own and govern the cybersecurity posture for the business, including security controls, patching, access management, and alignment with corporate security standards. Act as the security and architecture partner for Engineering, ensuring development and production environments meet security and compliance expectations. Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies are defined, tested, and executed by the team.
