BI Analyst Work Location (Country) India | Remote/Onsite Onsite The BI Analyst supports the development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions by transforming ERP and operational data into accurate, well‑structured reports, dashboards, and curated datasets. Delivers reliable insights using Power BI, SQL, and cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory, within established standards and architectures. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on defined business requirements and specifications. Create and enhance Power BI semantic models in alignment with established standards, governance, and architectural direction. Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from ERP and operational systems. Contribute to and support data pipelines and data preparation processes using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory, within established data platform frameworks and delivery processes. Work with curated datasets and lakehouse or warehouse structures to support reporting and analytics use cases. Validate data accuracy and assist with reconciliation between source systems and BI outputs. Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and clarify requirements within defined reporting and analytics frameworks. Assist in troubleshooting data refresh, performance, and data quality issues across BI and data platform components.
