Applications Engineer Work Location (Country) Serbia | Remote/Onsite Onsite Ametek STC is strengthening its global technical support organization and is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Application Specialist to join our team in Serbia. This role is critical to supporting our continued growth, as customer demand for advanced technical dialogue is increasing across key product areas. The Application Specialist will serve as a central technical expert supporting customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders worldwide. Examples of focus areas include special inserts for Jofra temperature calibrators, technical inquiries related to hydraulic Erichsen force gauges, and M&G/Crystal pump systems. The position will also handle training of customers for existing and new products, where applicable. By transferring and building further technical knowledge into this role, the position will significantly enhance responsiveness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, while enabling Sales and Product Management teams to focus on core commercial growth activities. Position Description: The Application Specialist is the primary point of contact for customers contacting AMETEK Sensors, Test & Calibration by phone, email or other electronic channels. This role delivers timely customer support and technical product assistance while partnering with Sales, After-Sales-Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to ensure positive customer experience.
