Ameresco is looking for a Solar O&M Field Supervisor to manage Ameresco's solar projects out of our Westborough, MA office. Responsibilities: Supervising the day-to-day activities of Ameresco's electrical team of in-house and subcontractor electrical technicians across the United States. Liaising between Customers, Engineers, Manufacturers, and Field Employees. Technical Support for field technicians repairing, testing, troubleshooting, inspecting, installing, removing, and maintaining solar site equipment such as solar panels, inverters, transformers, breakers, switchgear, and SCADA equipment. Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all tools, equipment and materials needed projects. Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties. Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to Recognizes safety hazards and follows safety guidelines for personal protection, protection of fellow workers and the protection of the public Read and interpret instruction manuals, blueprints and control
