In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers monitor, diagnose, and optimize HVAC and central plant performance using advanced analytics and Ameresco's AssetPlanner™ platform . You'll combine engineering insight, clear communication, and relationship‑building skills to ensure customers realize sustained value from their investment. Responsibilities: Customer Partnership & Success Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust, responsiveness, and technical credibility. Act as a long‑term partner to customers, supporting them throughout their performance optimization journey.
