About this role

WW Senior Partner Specialist BD, Amazon Connect Decisions, Applied AI Solutions Partner GTM Seattle, Washington, USA This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. We are seeking an experienced builder to drive the partner go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect Decisions. This role will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partner relationships, build scalable GTM motions, and accelerate partner-originated revenue in the supply chain planning space. You will serve as a subject matter expert at the intersection of AI/ML supply chain solutions and the partner community, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, solutions architecture, and field sales to deliver measurable business outcomes. Amazon Connect Decisions is an AI-powered supply chain planning and decision intelligence solution launched in April 2026. Powered by 30+ years of Amazon operational science and 25+ specialized supply chain tools, Connect Decisions delivers adaptive intelligence through AI "teammates" that learn from customer teams, continuously improving how they forecast, plan, and respond to disruption.
