About this role

Vendor Manager - Fixed Term Contract , EU Toys - Fixed Term Contract London, England, GBR -This is a Fixed Term Contract role (until 31/12/2026)- We're looking for a dedicated Vendor Management candidate that has a proven track record of delivering results with pace and integrity. They will play a critical role in managing strategic and established FMCG brands to drive the profitability and top line performance for their category. The Vendor Manager works with multiple product groups and leaders to grow sales on Amazon. They own the end-to-end vendor relationship, from signing new vendors, leading negotiations, managing promotional activities and resolving operational or logistics issues that impact our customer. They will leverage key metrics to develop customer insights to drive innovation, and will leverage these insights to enable the team to drive vendor participation in marketing, merchandising and promotional activities in order to drive overall business growth. This position can be based in: London, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Munich. Key job responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: CUSTOMER FOCUS · Evaluates products and services to continually drive quality of customer experience · Aggregates and escalates industry trends; prioritizes customer obsession · Identifies opportunities to differentiate our customer experience from the opposition STRATEGY · Develops long-term strategies and influences cross-category buying processes and standards as well as cross-category vendor negotiations · Develops and implements action plans based on deep-dive analysis of product line metrics · Provides recommendation on business opportunities and long-term strategy for multiple sub-categories VENDOR MANAGEMENT · Expands current vendor
