UX Manager – Display Advertising Experiences, Amazon Ads New York, New York, USA Amazon Ads is looking for an experienced UX Manager to lead a team of UX Designers focused on creating world-class display advertising experiences across Amazon Owned & Operated (O&O) properties and third-party (3P) publisher surfaces. This leader will own the end-to-end design strategy for display ad formats that delight end customers, deliver measurable results for advertisers, and scale across a complex, multi-surface ecosystem. You are a builder who ships. You bring urgency and a bias for action to everything you do - moving ideas from concept to launched experience at a pace that matches the speed of our business. You will integrate AI into the design process to accelerate delivery, unlock creative possibilities, and raise the quality bar. You thrive in ambiguity, bring clarity to complex problems, and have a track record of influencing cross-functional partners to align on a shared vision and ship together. Key job responsibilities * Own the design delivery pipeline from concept through launch - ensuring the team ships high-quality advertising experiences on time and at the speed our customers and advertisers demand * Establish a culture of urgency and accountability; remove blockers, streamline decision-making, and drive rapid iteration cycles to get experiences into market fast * Partner with Engineering and Product to compress timelines, identify MVP scopes, and make smart trade-offs that balance speed with craft * Measure and communicate the impact of shipped experiences - CTR lifts, engagement gains, advertiser adoption
