Job Summary The Transportation Representative Associate serves as the crucial liaison between Amazon, SWA Shippers, stations, and delivery partners. This role is responsible for coordinating shipment operations, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring efficient delivery execution while maintaining service excellence. Daily Operations • Monitor real-time tracking IDs for pending deliveries • Coordinate with stations for shipment rescue operations • Collect and communicate station feedback to shippers • Process shipper requests for specific tracking IDs • Generate and share performance reports • Handle time-sensitive escalations Required Qualifications • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong time-management and organizational abilities • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in logistics or transportation • Background in customer service or stakeholder management • Experience with shipping/tracking systems • Knowledge of supply chain operations Skills & Competencies • Professional communication • Stakeholder management • Problem-solving • Time management • Data analysis • Process improvement • Multi-tasking • Escalation management Work Environment • Fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment • May require flexible working hours • Team-oriented atmosphere Interested candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence and possess the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment while maintaining strong relationships with multiple
