Training and Quality Specialist - Finance Operations Manila, National Capital Region, PHL Job Requirement: - Report to office in Pasay City 5x a week (mid/night shift possible) - Demonstrated expertise in finance operations / quality management/process auditing with Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience (AR/AP) - Proven track record in finance quality assurance and audit processes Amazon is seeking for a Training and Quality Specialist to join the growing, fast-paced Finance Operations team at Manila. You should be passionate about developing insights, setting high standards, providing information that enables dynamic decision-making. Your primary objective is to ensure teams consistently achieve and surpass quality targets through data-driven analysis, rigorous auditing, and implementation of effective action plans. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, develop comprehensive Path-to-Green (PTG) strategies, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance performance and customer experience. Key job responsibilities • Conducts quality audits • Delivers process training program advocating positive response rate from internal and external customer • Innovates and executes learning solutions to address knowledge and skills gaps to better customer experience • Conduct thorough Dive Deep sessions and quality calibrations to identify root causes of performance gaps • Supports New Hire certification program • Designs, implements and maintains learning materials • Modifies training style to accommodate different learning techniques and methodologies in instructor-led training (i.e. Role play, simulation, group exercises and videos) • Partners with Team Leads and other levels of management to ensure achievement of learning and development goals, operational goals
