Technical Program Manager, GOSS-T Bellevue, Washington, USA We are seeking a self-motivated, highly experienced Technical Program Manager to join our engineering organization and drive the development of a critical new module within our large-scale construction management product. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and complex program delivery, directly shaping how technology transforms the planning, execution, and governance of construction operations across the enterprise. In this role, you will own the end-to-end program strategy for a flagship module spanning design, development, and integration across our core construction platform. You will partner closely with engineering leads, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, manage dependencies across distributed teams, and ensure seamless integration with existing solution capabilities that power facility planning, project tracking, and build execution worldwide. You will be the driving force behind delivering this module at scale, aligning engineering efforts with business priorities and redefining how teams plan, coordinate, and make decisions across the construction lifecycle.
