Design a learning experience that meets training needs and enables learners to be successful in role. Design, develop, and deliver training that supports multiple modalities, including in person, and self-directed learning. Develop training resources that rely heavily on technological solutions, including use of simulations, xAPI, dynamic triggering, Learning Record Stores, app-based devices, and big-data to target performance support features. Facilitate the collection and submission of feedback and technical issues from learners. Work with the broader Learning and Development team to develop training to address learning opportunities. Continually improve learning content in response to learner needs, feedback, and data. Track and report on key KPIs including completion, learner retention, proficiency, and business impact. Meet development deadlines while maintaining an attention to details and a high-quality bar. Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation
