Systems Engineer, Leo Core Infrastructure Development Redmond, Washington, USA Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed. We are seeking a highly experienced systems engineer to drive technical excellence in enterprise infrastructure deployment and operations across Leo's rapidly expanding global footprint. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing critical infrastructure systems, establishing technical standards, and ensuring operational readiness across multiple facilities and technical environments. A successful candidate is a technical leader who combines deep systems engineering expertise with strong architectural vision, has experience scaling infrastructure in regulated environments, and possesses comprehensive knowledge across network systems, security controls, and enterprise infrastructure domains. You will serve as a technical authority for infrastructure initiatives while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. This role requires 25% travel.
