Sustainability Coordinator, Sustainable Buildings Tokyo, JPN Amazonでは、地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業になることを目指しています。2040年までにネットゼロカーボンを達成するというClimate Pledgeの一環として、不動産ポートフォリオから炭素排出量を削減するためのソリューションを開発しています。この目標を達成するためには、卓越した才能を持ち、聡明で意欲的な人材が必要です。Sustainable Buildingsチームのサステナビリティコーディネーターとして、炭素排出量の削減と施設のサステナビリティ向上を推進するプログラムの実行およびサポートを担当していただきます。 本ポジションの候補者は、Sustainable Buildingsチームに参画し、プログラムマネージャーをサポートするとともに、Amazon JapanのJCFS FDC、RME、EAP、不動産、調達、法務、財務などの各チームのステークホルダーと連携し、サステナブルビルディング（サーキュラーエコノミーおよび再生可能エネルギー）などのサステナビリティ活動を加速させます。Sustainable Buildingsチームは、フルフィルメントセンター（FC）、デリバリーステーション（DS）、ソートセンター（SC）を対象とし、新規・既存施設の両方を含みますが、コーポレートオフィスは対象外です。本ポジションでは、サステナビリティに関する様々な情報の整理、分析、共有を関連ステークホルダーに対して行うことに注力します。これには、グローバルのステークホルダーと連携してグローバルサステナビリティダッシュボードを維持管理することも含まれます。候補者は、新規および既存の社内ビジネスチームと協力し、Amazonのサステナビリティ目標に対するアクションを加速させるため、実行機会の分析と推進を行います。 Key job responsibilities ・Amazonの建物に関する包括的なサステナビリティ活動の実行をサポートする ・サステナビリティ追跡データおよびグローバルダッシュボードの管理 ・サステナビリティの補助金の調査、補助金申請業務 ・サステナビリティの新しい規制やルールの分析、調査 ・Meetingのアレンジ、議事録作成 ・サステナビリティ施策の実施のサポート（契約、発注、予算管理等） ・チーム運営のサポート（WikiのUpdate、チーム内調整、書類管理等） A day in the life チームに参画してからのはじめは、ドキュメントの読み込み、過去資料の確認、整理（種類別・時系列での共有フォルダへの整理）などから入って頂き、Meetingやメール、同僚からのInputを通して、Amazonのサステナビリティ目標と方向性について理解し、JPのアクティビティを学ぶことができます。 自分の作業とMeetingへの参加、そこでの議事録作成をしたり、全建物のデータベースのUpdate、サステナビリティ情報のリサーチ、チームメンバーのサポート（契約締結、PO発行、支払い手続きなどのシステム申請）をして頂きます。 オンボーディング期間終了後は、具体的なサステナビリティソリューションの実施に携わっていただきます。出張はばらつきはありますが、必要に応じて月に1－2回日帰りできるサイトに行くイメージです。 基本的に毎日 目黒のオフィスに出社してチームメンバーも同じオフィスにいます。 About the team 私たちのチームは、サステナブルビルディングと再生可能エネルギーの2つの機能で構成されています。サステナビリティは新しい分野であるため、Amazonの目標を達成するために、現状とのギャップを見つけ、解決策を模索し、実行しています。ソリューションには、企業や社会の概念を変えるための啓発活動も含まれます。チームは日々新しいことに挑戦することを楽しんでいます。 Basic Qualifications: - データ分析の経験（意思決定プロセスに資するデータの解釈およびインサイト抽出ができる） - Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookの使用経験があること - 日本語の会話・読み書きが流暢であること Preferred Qualifications: - 英語の会話・読み書きが流暢であること Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
