Supply Chain Delivery Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo Bellevue, Washington, USA Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities Specifically, in this role you will: • Monitor and resolve supply chain challenges, including material availability, capacity constraints, and logistics, to ensure on-time delivery. • Track supplier performance to cost, quality, and schedule targets; identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain program commitments. • Lead supplier readiness for production by ensuring manufacturing processes, tooling, and resources are capable of meeting program requirements for large composite structures. • Partner with internal engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve technical and production issues, ensuring supplier alignment with Amazon Leo program needs. • Drive supplier improvement initiatives in yield, throughput, and cycle time, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, component purchase agreements and
