You'll work across diverse business units and supplier relationships to optimize performance, quality, and efficiency while ensuring we're making decisions that benefit our customers, employees, partners, and the world. Key job responsibilities - Develop and execute global sourcing strategies that align with business plans, goals, and objectives across multiple business lines and spend categories, leveraging supplier relationships to optimize performance, quality, efficiency, and cost. - Build and maintain trusted partnerships with internal business leaders and external suppliers by establishing enduring relationships, developing deep commodity knowledge, and understanding strategic priorities and requirements across the organization. - Conduct competitive analysis and supplier evaluation using industry cost models, benchmarking data, and spend pattern analysis to inform sourcing strategy development and identify opportunities for optimization. - Drive sourcing outcomes through the strategic use of requests for proposals, bid evaluation, contract analysis, negotiations, and supplier consolidation to deliver measurable results and value. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, finance,
