This role blends financial systems knowledge with hands-on technical skills to optimize system performance, maintain operational excellence, and ensure seamless functionality across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You'll leverage your deep understanding of financial concepts-including Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Journal Entries, Account Posting Rules, Costing Allocations, Bank Reconciliations, and Accounts Payable-to design solutions, execute testing, and maintain system integrity while supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic enhancement initiatives. Key job responsibilities Technical System Management - Design, configure, and maintain Workday Finance and Adaptive modules, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business requirements. - Provide technical expertise in financial system architecture. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday Finance functionality. - Monitor system performance metrics and implement proactive measures to maintain high availability and user satisfaction. Financial Systems Expertise - Configure and maintain core financial components including Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Journal Entries, and Account Posting Rules. - Manage Accounts Payable configurations and workflows within Workday. - Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
