This role will have a strong focus on psychosocial and mental health strategies, the coordination of Return to Work requirements and the implementation of global health and wellness programs. The successful candidate will be an experienced, innovative, hands-on and customer obsessed individual, passionate about WHS, injury prevention, effective management of, and engaged return to work processes. Be able to identify, coordinate and drive improvements in WHS whilst engaging Operational and other Support Function stakeholders.
