About this role
Sr. Technical Program Manager - Flight Electronics Redmond, Washington, USA Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development and production of flight electronics systems that power Leo's satellite constellation. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how quickly and reliably we deploy satellites to orbit. As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Flight Electronics, you will own the end-to-end technical program strategy for the systems that control and enable Kuiper satellites, from architecture and design through qualification testing and high-rate production. You will partner with cross-functional engineering teams across electrical, embedded software, RF systems, test engineering, and manufacturing to ensure flight electronics meet the demanding requirements of space while scaling production for a constellation of thousands of satellites. This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, hardware development, integration and test, and manufacturing scale-up. Success requires deep technical judgment, strong program leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across complex engineering organizations.
