We provide end-to-end hiring capabilities that streamline candidate evaluation, automate selection processes, and accelerate time-to-hire across multiple job roles and business lines. We enable hiring managers and recruitment teams globally to identify qualified candidates, conduct efficient assessments, process applications at scale, and seamlessly transition successful candidates into Amazon roles.
