About this role
Sr. Software Dev Engineer, AWS RTB Fabric Seattle, Washington, USA We are a new team within the AWS Marketplace organization that is focused on providing immediate business value to advertising technology (ad tech) companies, media publishers as well as advertisers and brands. We are building technology that will satisfy the very stringent ad tech technology requirements around scale, low latency and cost efficiency. You will be joining a strong team with a great work environment, with an opportunity to lead the technology and product decisions we make on behalf of these interesting customer challenges. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about gen AI tooling, and have experience in building distributed systems, with strength on infrastructure concepts, software-defined networking, containerization, and low-level programming (ideally in Rust). In addition to strong technical knowledge, the ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment and be passionate about solving ambiguous problems. Please note that this position can only be based out of Seattle. Key job responsibilities - Lead design, implementation, testing, and delivery of solutions. - Participate in code and design reviews. - Train/mentor teammates as well as other engineering teams. - Work directly with customers and dependencies to ensure quality delivery.
